Thank you Bacs, Ms Roky, Cas, Jeanice, and Ms. Mitchell alone with other helpful staff. You are everything a life saver. I came to Bacs over two years ago. Stay in the program for about a year.Build my credit, saved my money and found me a two bedroom of my choice of stay. I'm so very grateful for the program. And the city of oakland for helping out the ones in need.It took me a long time to get help quite as kept.I have been needing help for over ten years. But was afraid to ask, but I did put my big girl panties and got out of the situation, I was in and put my pride to side and enrolled in the program. And now I am very happy with my unit. Thanks for the blessings. And thanks again for everything Bacs Townhouse, Oakland California.

I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 6 years, and I have become fed up with the illegal parking in front of this house that blocks the only lane that turns onto Harrison st. This lane is separated from the rest using dividers that not every car can just drive over!! There is always some car parked like an entitled clown in the middle of the street, or someone hazed out of their mind suddenly breaking, cutting off, or abruptly and hastily pulling out of park from right in front of this house. I can not begin to count how many times I nearly got into a collision here because of this. I appreciate the purpose this place is supposed to serve for the community, BUT DO BETTER AT MANAGING YOUR TENANTS AND VISITORS. The managers here need to make an effort in this regard, educate your tenants.

TODAY IS 06/26/2025 TOMORROW ON 06/27/2025 I WILL BE WRITING AN ENTIRE REVIEW ON BACS Towne House Wellness Center, located on Oakland Ave! THIS ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZATIONS A LIKE HERE IN THE BAY AREA, ARE NOT HELPING HOMELESS AMERICAN BORN CITIZENS AT ALL! I HAVE A LOT TO SAY ABOIT THIS ORGANIZATION FROM WHAT ME AND MY SON HAS EXPERIENCED OVER THE YEARS SINCE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC.

The case manager ms Michelle dosnt fight for her clients to get a better resolution, instead she says things like I don’t understand or I told them what you told me. The job is to help people and I didn’t feel helped on any level by BACS or with her. I waited 3 months for Furniture I checked in weekly and some times dayly her response was they haven’t said anything or if they did it was they would let me know. When in fact questions should have been asked to get an approval. I get life happens but out weeks at a time how you helping your clients? The manager wasn’t no help cause when issues was brought to her she should have stepped in and reached out and ask questions as well. I feel like they see People’s potential and feel they don’t need help or honestly don’t want to help them. But let me had came In here off drugs and acting out my body they would have offered me services and it wouldn’t have took 3 months to get it. This whole process has messed not only my Health but mental health as well. 3 months later and still at step one. After doing Some research I found out they they sign you in under certain stuff for funding but only see a few people a day which is fraud because they are not helping all those people who signed in for that day. I could go on and on about my Experience with this place from day one
