It was my first time taking a class. Everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and explained everything so I didn't feel lost. Riti was my Red Room instructor and she was so welcoming and made me feel like I could do anything! 10/10 would do again!

I left my session feeling incredibly frustrated. As someone who works out regularly and appreciates a structured environment, I found this experience completely unsuitable for several reasons: Overwhelming Volume: The music was so loud it left my ears ringing, even with the provided earplugs. Lack of Guidance: I chose this studio specifically seeking professional instruction, but received zero personalized guidance. The dark, cramped room made it nearly impossible to follow the instructor’s demonstrations. Poor Coaching: The instructor offered only generic cues with no tips on form, modifications, or injury prevention. Hygiene Concerns: The cleaning wipes stations were out to sanitize stations between rotations. When I asked, the instructor’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. I ultimately decided to walk out mid-class. Even while waiting for my partner to finish, no staff member approached me to ask for feedback or address why I left. Overall, the environment was chaotic and impersonal—definitely not worth the hype and "value".

I’ve been going to Barry’s and similar studios for many years. This studio is OK, but 1. The benches are small and the studio is very cramped - there needs to be more space between each spot. 2. Many people arrive late (in the last class I went to, someone arrived 20 minutes after the class started), this causes disruption as they weave between people to get weights and need the instructor to repeat instructions again. 3. A couple of people think it’s ok to shout loudly through the class - I find it disruptive and disrespectful to everyone else, whilst the instructors seem to encourage those who need to be the centre of attention.

What a great workout! Love the energy of everything even early in the morning. Sofia at the front desk was especially helpful and set the tone for a great workout!
