I've trained with the owner Johnny for over 10 years now. Whether you're looking for fitness or how to protect yourself you will get both at Spar. My primary focus is technique and preparation, which is great here. The key factor is that actual fighters train here. Don't be intimidated as they tend to train at different hours than general public. Highly recommend if you want to get fit or more importantly learn to fight.
