Sneaking in a quick functional workout before MotoGP COTA 2026! Been to gyms in the Midwest, Arizona, and California, but no gyms have the same longevity and functionality philosophy. Coach sawyer did not just regurgitate workouts to me but built rapport!

Overall this gym is good and you'll get your money's worth if you consistently take advantage of all that it offers. Here's my honest opinion... Pros: staff is friendly and coaching is great, good variety in terms of strength, HIIT, yoga & barre classes. Multiple free weights areas, separate weight machine room, locker room, sauna. Vibe is warehouse/urban but with modern lighting, as well as climate control (a must-have in Houston these days). 24-hour access is a plus. Cons: 28-day billing cycle is a bit of a racket and not clearly advertised (you end up paying for 13 months per year instead of 12), parking is a pain because the spaces are too narrow and the restaurant next door has valet parking most days of the week, which makes getting in and out more of a pain than it needs to be. There is a small garage at the back of the property though. Other: gym is actually located in Timbergrove, which is NOT the Heights (it's about a mile or so west). Nice try though.

I love this gym - both locations. There’s all of the equipment you need and can think of. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I hope they open more locations.
