The front desk guy was nice, the rest of staff in back was kind of rude…. They did address my concerns and give me what I needed but were very short with me. Especially the girl that took my vitals. She was very rude, did not make me fill comfortable at all talking to her about my issues. The PA was better but still kind of short with me.

This was our first urgent care experience in the U.S. My wife had stumbled, and we were concerned that she might have broken a bone. Michelle took great care of her and reassured us that it was only a muscle strain. She performed a thorough examination, ordered X-rays, and prescribed the necessary medication. Another medical assistant was absolutely wonderful , she took my wife’s vitals and performed the X-rays herself, and truly went above and beyond, though unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend this center.

Everything went great! The MA who drew my blood was very kind and when I started to feel faint she was very quick to respond and give me water and a snack! Definitely well trained and kind staff. 10/10 would recommend in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My daughter was seen yesterday 1.5 hours past our appointment time. We were there for an injury. The provider finally came in and NEVER touched her. He didn't look at the wrist. He didn't apply pressure or manipulate it to see what was going on. He just sent her to X-rays. After the radiologist stated she has no fractures . The provider appeared with a brace. He did put it on her but that was the extent of his examination.

Amazing experience! Super quick, like really! Took me a few minutes to fill up the forms and in just another minute I was talking to a doctor. 10 more minutes - my tests were done, prescription sent and I went on with my day. Could not imagine it go better 💪 Thank you so much ✨
