Well my experience at rocks was amazing today at the Austin location. Im new to the area and I wanted to check out the local supplement shops! I walked in and immediately was greeted by a gentleman named Garret. He was well mannered and well educated. I thought I knew a lot about supplements considering I’m a IFBB Pro In women’s physique, but he blew my mind with his knowledge and expertise in the supplements they offer. I’m very opened minded and love learning. I definitely found out a lot of new information and everything was tailored to my wants and needs. I really appreciate this advice and just highly recommend this supplement store. Not only was the customer service great but the prices are amazing. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this supplement store for years for my regular body fat check-ins and to pick up supplements, and it’s usually one of the highlights of my Saturday mornings. The usual staff has always been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in hearing about my goals and progress. It’s always felt like a supportive environment where they celebrate your wins with you. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. There was a new employee named Garrett who made the experience uncomfortable. His approach came across as pushy, condescending, and passive-aggressive while I was simply trying to do my usual check-in. At one point he even made comments that indirectly implied I was being lazy and that I should be doing more, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional—especially in a setting that’s normally supportive and encouraging. Because of that interaction, I decided not to purchase any supplements this time around. That’s not typical for me when I visit. I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience because the store and the usual team have always been great, and I’d love to continue supporting a place I’ve enjoyed coming to for years. Hopefully next time it’s back to the welcoming atmosphere I’m used to.
