I can't say enough good things about the VEG team! From the moment I walked in, they jumped into quick triage and took action right away, which immediately made me feel supported. It was such a scary situation with Yoshi, but their team was not only incredibly skilled, they were also so kind and reassuring the entire time. They explained everything clearly, kept me involved, and never made me feel alone in the process. I'm so grateful for the care, support, and compassion they showed both Yoshi and I. I highly recommend this pet ER. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. They allowed me to stay with my dog throughout the entire visit, which made a stressful situation so much more comforting. Not only did they send us home with the prescribed medications, but they also provided extra soft food to help with my dog’s recovery. Every staff member took the time to check on both of us regularly, making sure we were okay and informed every step of the way. Their compassion and level of care truly stood out—I’m so grateful for everything they did for my dog and me.
