Bertha is the best ever. I've been going to Be Hair Salon for the past 2.5 years, and I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life—I've had people stop me in the hallway just to say how much they like my hair! I have naturally wavy hair, and Bertha always knows exactly what to do with it. When I was living in LA last year, I would make an appointment at Be Hair every time I was back in the Bay (I trekked all the way from Palo Alto once because Bertha cuts my hair better than any of the hairdressers I've been to in LA). Bertha's haircuts legitimately increase my confidence, and she has a natural eye for style and the way hair should fall. Plus, she is kind, funny, and empathetic—I truly cannot recommend Bertha enough.
