Everything has security locks. You need an escort for essentially anything in the store. Talk about pleasant shopping experiences when you have to be hand held your entire shopping trip. They’re also selling $1.29 wig caps for $5 when other beauty supply stores sell them for $2.50. Whole experience and products are a rip off of mainly Black/ African American consumers. Can’t recommend. Won’t return. I don’t spend cash at places that make me feel like a criminal.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!!! I did extensive research and every item they sale is DOUBLE then the retail price. I understand making profit, but double?!!! Insane. Yall should be ashamed. Black women are your main customers and you are treating us poorly.

Only honest opinion and it's just from my observation. I used to shop here years ago but I don't live in the area anymore. I think they have everything you need that's amazing and their prices are good. But they follow you around like a hawk but you can't take it personally because they are watching and protecting their business.

I understand that people aged well however I bought two weeks for a dinner party that I'm supposed to attend for my church and the lady gave me two different wigs and not the ones that I paid for I tried to return them and they didn't want to exchange them I came all the way from Fairfield to exchange them

Feels like Christmas every time I come in—great selection of affordable costume jewelry, curlers, combs, and more. Most items are locked up, so you might wait a bit for help, but the staff is very kind and the prices are good.
