1 star. The issue isn’t the wait, it’s the dishonesty. I dropped my car off and was told 3 cars ahead of me, 3 hours. Fine. I planned my day around that, including paying for an Uber home and an Uber back so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting. Came back exactly 3 hours later. “Oh, it’ll be another 3 hours.” Same answer. Still a bunch of cars ahead. That’s not a delay. That’s a completely made-up quote given at drop-off. If you don’t know, say you don’t know. Tell me 6 hours, tell me 8 hours. I’m a grown adult, I can handle an honest answer. What I can’t do is keep paying for round-trip rides based on numbers you’re pulling out of thin air. I took my keys and left.

They do not do a good job at cleaning the inside . I got a car wash today and my back floors still looked the same as when I brought it to them . Water bottles things they could have picked up was still there . Horrible job . Not going back

It was my first time at this car wash. I saw there was always a long line, but I decided to go today. It was incredibly fast; I didn't even wait 10 minutes. Now I understand why. They didn't empty the trash from my car; they left it all piled up next to my door. They didn't even wipe it down with a rag. The seats were filthy. Terrible service. First and last time.
