My experience at Chicago Auto Repair (CAR) was amazing! I came to CAR for the first time to get a general inspection and they provided a detailed listing of potential repairs to consider. Ultimately I decided to have all the recommended services/repairs performed and picked up my car the next day. Jim and the team were timely and professional with the inspection, estimate, and the repair! Communication was frequent and consistent for when parts were ready and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Overall the process was seamless and I will be coming again!

I had a good experience with Chicago Auto Repair. Jim was helpful and pleasant to speak with. The estimate included pictures and they were happy to discuss specifics over the phone. The prices are fair and reasonable, but on the higher side of the scale. Still fair though, just want to be clear. The shop front is very clean and they are professional and do good work.
