Susie and her team are amazing. I came in for a spontaneous balayage. I was trying to go from a level 1 to almost platinum since my goal was to achieve pastel pink blonde ends. First had a free consultation with Danielle to see if we could be aligned with my hair goals. She made me feel confident in her skills without making me feel pressured to do anything. I spent about 6-7 hours at the Salon, not exactly the easiest experience, but Susie and her team made it so comfortable. Constantly checking in if I needed anything tea, water, air, and Susie ordered me lunch for the long visit. End result, Danielle was able to lift my hair to a pink-able state, gave me a soft blended balayage, while most importantly maintain my hair integrity. It was such a wonderful experience, Susie and her team work together and support each other to create amazing artistic styles. If you are ever looking for a big change in color come to Bibos. You will not regret it.

I had a terrible experience here on Friday. The stylist was rough, rushed, and far more careless than anyone providing a paid professional service should be. He scraped my face with the metal brush, burned me with excessive heat, and ignored a very clear request I made twice to properly dry the underneath of my hair. The result was a badly done blowout that curled back up almost immediately and did not even look good when I walked out. I reached out to the salon directly before posting this and received no response. Between the poor service and the lack of accountability, I would not return.

Had a wonderful experience with Georgina! I was making a big change and got over 12+ inches cut off. She did an excellent job styling my hair in a way that suits me and works with my lifestyle/hair care habits.
