I had a nail in one of my tires and decided to try them instead of going to my Honda dealership. The customer service is excellent and the repair was free. You have a comfortable waiting area and I was out in about 45 minutes. Super easy and friendly.

I scheduled an appointment today for a simple wheel alignment at this location. I arrived around 1:45PM, with plenty of time to get my wheel alignment serviced. I waited and walked around the front office for over 10 minutes looking for someone to help service my car or at least check me in. I didn't get anyone and eventually walked out. The place is well kept and others seem to have great experiences, however, I have none to report because I wasn't helped. I went down the road to Brake Check (3700 N Lamar) and they not only serviced my wheel alignment immediately without an appointment, they did so in 15 minutes (at half the price too).
