The nail tech ripped off my acrylic and made me bleed. When I asked why she did that instead of doing a soak off she said because soak off takes too long. The disrespect and audacity. Haven’t been back since.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. We had an appointment for two regular mani and pedis. They kept forcing me to upgrade my service. I asked if they served mimosas as their website says. She told me that they only gave mimosas to people who upgraded to their more expensive service. It was downhill from there. She kept pushing me to upgrade my daughter's service until we agreed on a triangle french tip. She did not do anything like the picture. When we said we were unhappy, she simply said my daughter decided it was ok what she did. We went back and forth. I asked to see the owner- this woman in the photo was the worst of them all. She went and locked the door "so that we wouldn't run" and called the police. The other nail tech said "I saw them when they walked in that they were trouble" we never had one single conversation with that lady. It was 100% profiling. The lady who said she was the manager refused to let me talk to the owner but was not trying to diffuse the situation either. Do not go to this place. It used to be called Charming Nail Bar and it says "under new management" but it is the same people and their customer service is the worst This nail tech in particular said she didn't want to fix the nails and wanted to removed the nails and wanted us to leave then she locked the door to get ready to call the police. We are still in complete shock. This ruined our special mommy and daughter date. Do not go back there ever Edited to add: The lady in the picture below started to come up on me aggressively as if to attack me when I stated I am going to record this interaction. I had to walk out of the room without my shoes because I was afraid she was going to hit me. Additionally, the "manager" told me she has a right to refuse my service at the end of the appointment and we are not welcome to come back there ever again. I reminded her that she already accepted my service and cannot at this point refuse to serve me when she already did. She also told me I was disturbing her customers to which I was confused as we were two paying customers. I guess according to them, we were not customers. This whole interaction was very disturbing. All because we asked to talk to the owner.

This place was not good. It actually ruined my birthday. I went there with my mom, and it was my first time getting my nails done. I showed the lady a picture of the design I wanted, and she said she could do it. After about 30 minutes, she showed me a completely different style. My mom asked if she could redo it, but she said no because she was tired and refused to fix it. That’s not good customer service, especially when someone is paying for a specific design that they already agreed to do. And what made it worst was that the same lady locked the door and threatened to call the police. I was really disappointed with the experience.

I had a really good experience going to this place with my partner before a trip we had. The ladies were very nice and welcoming and they even offered us mimosas! The woman that did my nails did an amazing job and my nails lasted for awhile! I was quite impressed. However, I went here last Sunday and I felt like the lady who did my nails appeared to be like she was in a rush. Anyways, I ended up still tipping her well but as soon as I got home I noticed the paint on my nails already started to chip. I’m now on day 3 of just having my nails done and it just looks like I had a friend do them for me at a slumber party. I’m just pretty disappointed with the service this time around. I am adding the original pic of what I wanted for reference and what I got instead.
