The tunnel did not wash my car well -- they only had the rinsers, no spinning machines. The vacuum system did not work.

I can't take my truck through automatic car washes because it has a rack. I usually do self-wash but felt like treating myself and decided to try out Blue Wave. I chose the medium level clean, and I wasn't expecting world's greatest car wash but it barely cleaned the hood and roof of my truck. I will say the sides looked pretty good. Some of the reviews say an attendant will come do a pre-scrub and will let you go through again if your vehicle didn't get cleaned the first time but I never saw a single employee while I was there. Also I had read on what I thought was their website that there were free vacuums and microfiber towels available after the car wash but when I got to the vacuums, they all had credit card readers on them. I have since realized the "Blue Wave Express" website is not the same company as this Blue Wave. Anyhoo I had to re-wash my truck again since it didn't get all the dirt but it didn't take as long because it was already half clean. So that's something I guess. Not really worth $16 though.

The ultimate car wash is $24. Vacuums are $2.50 for 4mins. Trash is always overfilled. Get ready for a long wait time.

They recently increased their prices and simultaneously lowered the quality of the car wash. Substantially shorter wash time and less product. Used to go once a week, probably won’t go back.
