Brendon is an amazing Operations Manager. So very helpful and such great customer service. Being in a league for the 2nd time he’s made us feel so comfortable.

I’ve bowled here for years and Brendon has always taken great care of my team and I on several occasions. He does nothing but constantly stay on the floor and help. He’s the greatest!

I Haven't went bowling in over a decade, but we had an awesome time! The lanes were a little busy but we went on a Saturday night. Overall no complaints, price was average. Lines were moderate. The waitress was on it with recommendations and speed. Would definitely return.

Horrible customer service at the bar the guys name was Brandon. I sat there for 15 minutes unacknowledged, then when he crossed my path, I had to ask him if I could order something. He was two steps away the entire time, joking, and laughing with his buddies who also work there. Will not be returning!!! I also see MANY poor reviews for the same issue! Maybe try new staff and better hiring standards.

⭐️ 1 Star The manager was nice, bowling was fun, and the bartender was cool — but the food service completely ruined the experience. I ordered wings and fries, waited 20 minutes, and when I asked about it, they said the ticket had been voided. It wasn’t even busy. They apologized and said they’d remake the order. Another 20 minutes later, they gave my food to someone else. At that point, I just voided the order altogether. I still had 40 minutes left to bowl but had to leave because I was starving. Extremely disappointing.
