I booked a birthday party package for my son’s 2nd birthday at the North Richland Hills location two weeks in advance for March 28th at 4 PM for 21 kids. I was told the package included pizza, drinks, jump time, and a reserved party table. I also confirmed I could bring my own cake, decorations, and party supplies. When my family arrived to set up, staff told them there was no party reservation under my name. I had to wait over 30–45 minutes just to speak with a manager, and after even more waiting they said the only thing in the system was 21 jump passes. By that point guests had already arrived and I had spent over $500, yet there was no reserved table, no party setup, and no food prepared like I was told when booking. We were told we could “set up somewhere if we could find space,” so my family had to move tables ourselves while trying not to disturb other guests. Decorations, gifts, and party supplies were everywhere with no designated area. It was chaotic, embarrassing, and extremely stressful—especially while I am 8 months pregnant trying to host my toddler’s birthday. What made this situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. The only person who apologized was a younger employee who was not even a manager. In the end we were offered no compensation, and the conversation turned into them implying I was lying about making the reservation. This was supposed to be a special day for my son, but it turned into a stressful and embarrassing experience. A mistake like this is unacceptable, but the way management handled it was even worse. I would not recommend booking a birthday party here. If you do, make sure you confirm your reservation multiple times.

They are getting a 4 star because this is a cashless establishment and I was embarrassed when I visited last because I always get the membership and I've been coming to this establishment for awhile but never knew that it was cashless. I guess I always had money on my card, until this time, the wouldn't take my cash, my grandson had already started drinking and eating what I got for him. It came to $10 which I had in cash and I thought I had enough on my card, but it was right before my payday so my cards were rejected and she finally just said go ahead just pay next time. I offered her the $10 that I had, but she wouldn't take it and it was very crowded in there plus customers waiting behind me. This will be the last membership I purchase from them. We are still a world with cash and if you can not except my money then you don't need my business. Also, they have you sign a waiver, but they still need to do their part to keep the place safe from injuries. The cushion blocks under their slides now have air in them. They were not like that when I first started going there and they have a kinda bubble shape but it's hard to see it and I tripped 3 times almost falling into the shoe area or one time torward the poles because I was chasing my granddaughter and she tripped on it also lunging forward but I caught her. I told the worker and he said yes I know. I'm the maintenence guy, but what do you expect me to do about it, pointing to the fact it's under the equipment. He said I can't fix that just be becareful. REALLY!! I expect that when you are closed get someone to help you and refix the blocks for safety. They were put in place for a reason and if you can't find the time and help to make sure your customers are safe from injury after paying the money we do then you don't need my business for that either. When I first went there they were not like that, but this time I'm really disappointed with the way they handled both these situations.

Terrible experience! Went today 3/22 at about 2:15ish. Line was out the door with only two people at the front while multiple employees were walking around talking. I specifically spoke with the manager on duty asked for corporate information to make a complaint and express my concerns. She stated "there is no corporate" Very unprofessional and very rude all the way around. I asked multiple times for information & to speak with her manager and never got any information.
