I really enjoyed and had a very pleasant experience. The staff are courteous. I also would like to give a huge thanks to Dr Mitchell for being the friendliest and most professional eye doctor I have ever met. I felt so welcome and my concerns were really addressed. The process of eye exam to the prescription glasses was so smooth. Continue providing the best eye health care, and I am sure more and more people will come to your clinic.

I really appreciated the customer service; they were very kind. Candy and Dr. Mitchell explained the entire procedure to me and gave me instructions during and after the exam. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I saw many smiles in the clinic. 10/10 service!

Don’t really want to leave a wordy review, I simply just don’t recommend this eye doctor at all. Communication is terrible - staff is eh - more importantly I went there for two years and never once left satisfied. Visit after visit I contacted to leave unhappy based off either the front staff being rude, not being able to see, not finding a solution for my problem, or etc. if you have the option to go somewhere else, do it.
