SHADY, GROSS, FRAUDULENT, MONEY HUNGRY PRACTICE - STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Old dirty office that smells weird. I went in as a new patient for a skin cancer screening and paid my $40 copay. The Doctor took 2 minutes examining me and asked if I wanted a skin tag removed on my back, so I said sure thinking nothing of it and that it was a part of my screening. He then grabbed a $5 can of wart remover spray and sprayed it for 2 seconds. I left the office knowing I wouldn't go back based on the office vibe and being very clearly treated like a transaction. A couple of weeks later I got a bill for $420!!! I reached out to dispute the transaction and they denied my dispute because "services were rendered". If I knew they were going to charge me for this, I would have 100% declined and either left it alone or removed the skin tag myself as it was purely cosmetic and not medically necessary. In fact, Im not even sure if it was a skin tag or wart or if I had anything caus I saw nothing. He didnt show me in the mirror and took zero pictures or evidence of what they claimed to remove. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

I wish I were able to give a review but the services were never completed so it’s hard to say. I went to the office and had a very standard appt with no complaints. Bit of a wait but not more than standard. The doctor said a sample would be required to give a diagnosis. A sample was taken and I was told to expect results in 3-5 day, and that at that point the appropriate treatment would be recommended. No word back, so after 8 days, I reach out via their patient portal. It directs me to a results link that is a broken url. I try again after 2 weeks and get an automated message that my messages have been received and will be responded to shortly. Even accounting for the holiday weekend, 2 weeks for a 3-5 days estimate is absurd. And counting…because I have still yet to hear back. And all this time I’m still waiting to learn what my prognosis and the recommended course of treatment is.
