We bought a bike from them 3 years ago 1. We needed some service on the bike we purchased from them, and they were GREAT about giving us that service 2 3 years after purchase I needed some info on it Chris VERY helpful. he answered all my calls promptly and help me in procuring all the information I needed From purchase to follow up, these guys are great At what they do and they have some excellent bikes to check out

Poor service. Dropped to replace derailer on bike on Wednesday afternoon. Then Called multiple times no answered then just showed up on Friday, and stated missing parts. Possible parts be there in a week. Would have been nice to say that after inspection of repairs day after. Very poor communication. Grab my bike an walked out.

Went in for some mechanical advice and assistance to order the part I needed from them for something I had screwed up. Mechanic stopped his work, corrected my thinking, pulled the parts I didn't know I needed from his stash, and rebuilt my axle on the spot. Not the first time the store expressed a willingness and passion to help in this regard. Personal help and trust are words I'd readily use in discussing this shop.
