This was the second time using Chem-Dry by Leonard and, just like the last time we received superior service from Mike! Great communication and a great deal considering Mike had to drag his equipment up three flights of stairs just to get to us. We're grateful and our carpets look amazing!

Mike did a tremendous job cleaning two area rugs, an upholstered bed and a couch, chair and ottoman at our home. The rug is showing colors we haven’t seen in years and everything smells extremely clean. I will note he also showed up early, which was nice.

I have an expensive beige wool carpet going upstairs and in other various places. It was very dirty and Michael was successful in getting stains out except for one which was dramatically lightened. I purchased their spray carpet cleaner because if I would have used that when the stain occurred even that would have come out. He was super nice and conscientious—wore booties etc. I’ll definitely call again next year. Added plus they are very reasonable and quick.
