Avoid Cherry Creek Tailoring & Alterations. I would not trust this business with your clothing. I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed and a dress to be taken in—both very simple alterations. I paid over $100 and left the items with them for more than a week. When I went to wear the clothes, I realized neither item had been altered at all. The work I paid for was never done. When I called to resolve the issue, the employee was rude, refused to help, told me “God will figure it out” and that I could dispute the charge, then hung up on me. This shows a complete lack of quality control and accountability. Mistakes can happen, but this is how they chose to handle them - no ownership, no professionalism and no respect for customers. The business responses to other poor reviews will give you an idea of the professionalism and customer service.

Little bit disappointed. Brought pants in to get properly hemmed, but the stitching just doesn’t seem very sturdy. Also, they never even steamed or pressed my pants once everything was done. But overall kind staff.

I brought in a vintage 80’s CU letterman jacket to see if they could patch a hole that my dog chewed in it. The two men there took less than 5 seconds to examine the jacket before being immediately condescending, in that they laughed at my request, told me to “buy a new jacket”, and said I should “get rid of the dog”. A simple “we won’t be able to do this repair” would have sufficed… But the incredibly nice woman one block over at Steele Street Tailors took her time to examine the damage and offered up a simple explanation and price of what she could do. I recommend taking your business there instead.
