I’ve been training with Christina for a couple years now and I am so grateful for it. Christina has such a wealth of knowledge and experience that I have benefited from. Comparing my start to now, I’ve seen incredible growth in my confidence, strength and mobility. I used to have serious gym anxiety, but now I feel so much more confident in gyms because I’ve built a solid foundation with Christina that I can carry over into different workouts and movements. I started not even knowing what a deadlift was and now I can deadlift 190kg! I can’t list all the technical pointers and accessory work Christina has taught me that have unlocked progress for me. She’s very receptive to what I have to say about any movement and really takes it into account when trying to help me improve in it.
