I am pleased with the quality of care at this animal hospital. I brought in my sweet dog due to concerns regarding his skin condition and they diagnosed it promptly. The staff here is professional and you can tell they provide the utmost care to animals here.

As soon as I walked in, Emily and I were taken to the examining room. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait very long before a tech came and took Emily back and weighed her and gave her the shots that she needed. The tech brought her back rather quickly and I waited for about 5-6 min before the Dr came in. Emily was declared a “good and healthy dog” and I paid and left. Everyone was very nice and the building “this time” did not smell like dog. The Doctor was very nice. All of the employees that I came in contact with, were very nice and polite.

I had to let my sweet Chloe go last week. I cannot thank Dr. Lott and the staff for giving me the time to grieve despite it being past closing time. They did not rush me and let me have that precious time with her. This was such a hard decision and I can't thank them enough for being so supportive and caring.
