I love Club Pilates Allandale. The people are so lovely - everyone from the front desk (Rebekah is amazing!) to instructors (too many to mention) to the owners (Anne is great). I love the variety, and "the different adventure packages". I have noticed gains in strength and look forward to more. I highly recommend!

Being old and stiff was my first experience with Pilates. I was very pleasantly surprised. Instructors have the patience of saints and guide you through the different positions. All the instructors are great. I have to give a shout out to Josee. She is very patient and very encouraging

I started Pilates in November and just finished class #116. It’s the only workout I’ve ever truly enjoyed! The classes are fun, challenging, and never boring—each one has a unique focus and a great variety of movements. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and always make the environment feel welcoming. It’s beginner-friendly with plenty of options to level up as you get stronger. Highly recommend.
