I have been working with Dutch for about 3 months now. He's been incredibly effective at helping me reach my goals (imbalances, strength training), is knowledgeable, a great teacher, and just all around cool guy. He has listened to my concerns and modified workouts to better suite my needs. Couldn't ask for a better trainer! The facility is clean, never crowded, and all of the staff have been great! Definitely would recommend!

It’s a tale as old as time: former pro athlete gets injured, has kids, loses his mojo and gets out of shape. He hits a breaking point reaching for a cereal box on the top shelf. Insert Core Progression to kickstart an 80s montage of workouts and eating right ahead of the 5k turkey trot in 8 months where next-door-nemesis, Francis, has it out to beat the former athlete. This may all sound very specific. In either case, Core Progression is going to make it all happen to give this Disney direct-to-VHS story its fairy tale ending. Dutch, my trainer, is immensely effective. He’s new to the team, and I couldn’t be more thankful to have joined when I did. He listens to injuries, works on imbalances, and has my body moving in ways I haven’t in a long time. To anyone that knows the rush and excitement of moving with strength and intention, this place really does it. Thank you, Dutch! And to Francis: I’m coming for you…

I signed up to train here because I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and it's really hard to stay active during this time. I've had a great experience! The facility is clean, well-lit, no funky smells, nice equipment. It's only personal training her so it's never crowded or loud. I'm training with Dutch and it's been great. We focus on functional mobility and I work out with him 3x a week for 45 minutes. I believe this is the best investment I could make right now!

Overall great experience from the team at Core Progression on South Broadway. The facility is clean and has every piece of workout equipment you could imagine. I worked with Jordan who was a great fit for me. He had a good approach to injury prevention and I enjoyed his programmed workouts
