I took this CPR renewal class the same day after realizing my CPR card was about to expire, and I am really glad I found this place. I was initially concerned because some reviews mentioned a hidden charge for a handbook, so I brought an e-book just in case. The instructor, Niki, did not mention needing one, and we did not end up using it. It may depend on the instructor, but bringing one just to be safe is not a bad idea. The class itself was excellent. Niki was friendly, approachable, and very clear in her teaching. The lessons were simple and easy to follow, the exam was straightforward, and there was hands-on practice using CPR dummies. The class took under 3 hours. The website mentions same-day certification, but since I took the evening class at 6:30 pm, the instructor explained that we would receive our American Heart Association BLS eCard the following day. I just completed the class and am currently waiting for it. If you need to renew your CPR quickly before it expires, I would definitely recommend this place. Same-day booking is available, the process is smooth, and the price of $59.99 is very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone taking a CPR class for the first time or renewing.
