They will try to refuse your warranty written in fine print. You have to push back a little if something they install breaks 1-3 months later due to poor installation. It becomes a full day ordeal to try and make them honor the 3 year warranty they originally gave you… very questionable behavior. They kept telling me “there’s nothing we can do” then they said, “you can call the head manager if you want, be he will just tell you what we’re telling you now.” So I actually called the head manager based out in St. Louis, explained the situation, and he sounded very disappointed in the Burnett team for lying. He told me right then and there that the speakers will be replaced today. The manager offered to replace the faulty speakers with higher end speakers, but they ended up sounding noticeably cheaper than what was originally installed. Lol oh well, at least they ended up fixing it.

Went in for some subwoofers for my 2025 Tahoe . I was a little nervous being a new car but they got me right!! Ask for Reggie he will get you right, got some L7 kickers on sale and gave me the best price . Clean install, no wires showing everything is professional.
