Very dissatisfied with the service and value on customer service offered by this current group. I had my vehicle taken in for full tint service only to be chastised by staff upon returning the vehicle due to old tint not being totally taken out and visible bubbling in the new tint. On the second round, I asked to speak to the manager about the job, again not done in a satisfactory manner and the technician who did the tint insisted is was done correctly and if my windows (exterior) were cleaned before before bringing my car in for service, it would have been done better! Hey, bud- don't you clean the damn windows (interior and exterior) to be sure the tint looks good anyways? // I have had my Porsche tinted at this location at least 5 yrs ago - it was a PERFECT job. VERY satisfied, so I returned ... I am truly NOT IMPRESSED... with the tech or tint service...

Appt was set for 10a, well they open at 10a. I was told tint takes 2 hours, my vehicle was taken to the back at 11:02, So then it's basically a 3 hour process? Will be giving an update. You make an appointment to speed the process & yet they don't seem to have the personnel

I wanted to recognize Store Manager Sergio for his professional service and honest assessments what was the best audio setup for my sister's 2008 Nissan Frontier. He was a great pleasure to work with and I will be seeing him again this spring for additional work. Also, the installation of replacement speakers and radio on the truck was expertly accomplished. excellent work!
