Both of my daughters go to Dallas Swim Kids. The teachers care so much about their success. Not only do the teachers care, both of my kiddos have progressed very quickly. The teachers are very competent and engaging. Also, scheduling makeup classes is so easy. The facility is always very clean (despite my family). I love this place.

I recently enrolled my child at Dallas Swim Kids, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, which has really helped build confidence in the water. The classes are well-structured, with a great balance of safety, technique, and fun activities that keep the kids engaged.

Poorly run business with terrible operational practices and minimal customer flexibility. They make you pay in advance for classes that they know they will have to cancel (e.g. holidays), then refuse to issue refunds. The only relief you get is a very limited availability of “makeup classes”, which usually don’t work for a busy family with multiple kids. The end result is they keep your money after not delivering on the promised schedule. Management team and the owner were also very unsympathetic and unapologetic for this inflexibility. I’d strongly encourage people to look for more customer-friendly businesses.

I have been bringing my 2 grand daughters ages 7 and 5 for a swim lesson once a week since January. They had no skills and were somewhat afraid of the water. They are now swimming like crazy and have confidence in their ability. They have a respect for the water and know how to help themselves if they are ever in trouble. Every person on the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and happy to see you! The facilities are clean and very nice. I can’t recommend this swim school enough. Will be bring their 3 year old sister next. 😬😬

We have been going to Mockingbird Swim for two years now and love it!! The owners and staff there are great with the kids and very accommodating with our busy schedule. My son enjoys the water. He enjoys playing with all the kids and the instructors. My son is not afraid of the water and I love how they teach the children safety in the water every session. I would highly recommend sending your children here to get them used to the water and learn how to swim.
