We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s in 42nd Street, Times Square! I brought a group of students, and from the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, quick, and efficient in getting us settled. The manager was outstanding—constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were taken care of. Even with multiple school groups visiting at the same time, they handled everything in a very organized, professional, and timely manner. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this location for school trips or even just a fun day out. We’ll definitely be back!

So we had come out here with the school from California and one of the spot aas Dave and buster to eat. The staff and the way they handle with the kids 5 stats and I even spoke with the MAnager Tyler and told him they did a Great job. Thank you soo much from LA MArshall School.
