Mr. Will did a amazing job on taking care of me and helping me understand my visit today. He was very professional and knowledgeable about tires and parts. Also Mr. Fred the store manager was so friendly loved that he working shoulder to shoulder with his staff.

I found this location on Stella link to offer great customer service. All of the representatives were very knowledgeable of the products. The wait time was not long to have my vehicle serviced. I can appreciate the fact that I set an appointment and as soon as I arrive, the guy was out there waiting. They have an app that you can put in that you’re on your way and at the end you can punch that you’ve arrived. Keep up the great work discount tires I will definitely be back.

What amazing service! I had an 8am appointment at Discount Tire on Stella Link, and the manager, Will, spotted me in the lot at 7:50 and got my car in early. The day before, I dropped in with a nail in my tire and they took care of me on the spot with no appointment. Will runs this place like a Formula 1 pit crew — fast, efficient, and on top of everything. Hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.

Outstanding customer service. I was in line with 4 other customers outside the front door before they opened the day before thanksgiving. They opened the shop 15 minutes early for us, quickly patched my tire, and got me on my way. They even asked which way I would be leaving so they could take my car out of the service bay and point it in the right direction. The tire patching service is free, so they didn’t make any money from this service. Just all around good people and good customer service.

Great service. Isaac is easy to work with and really looks out for the customer. Sebastian also does spectacular with the mobile service. I've been a DT customer for over a decade and in 3 months this store has given the best experience. I wish these guys the best in all their future endeavors as they set good examples for what customer service really means.
