I got off work, picked up my daughter from school, and went to Yes Auto Fix Fall Creek. I filled out some paperwork and told the person I wanted an oil change. They said it would take two hours, so I waited. After almost two hours, I asked if my car was almost ready, and the person replied that they had forgotten what was supposed to be done to my car and asked if I could come back tomorrow. Honestly, I found their incompetence very concerning, and I don't recommend this place. There were three people there, and they didn't seem to be coordinating their efforts. They're supposed to close at 6:00, but I arrived at 3:45 and left at 6:45. And I hadn't received any service. I definitely don't recommend it.

Honest & upfront, which is why I came back to complete services my car was due for (after receiving their detailed inspection report with pricing included) following a visiting for a separate concern. Work was completed within a reasonable time as well & Price did not change.
