Girls, avoid this salon if you don’t want to waste your time. There is always a wait of over 45 minutes, even with an appointment. The staff is extremely unprofessional and shows no concern for clients’ time or experience. There is no communication, no apology, no effort to accommodate you during the delay, nothing! You’re treated like just another number, as if your presence doesn’t matter at all. Completely BS.

NO PARKING AVAILABLE. The street parking is always too full and there are no parking lots nearby. I drive around for 30 mins looking for parking. When I called, they weren’t willing to reschedule my appointment.

I’m a loyal dry bar customer and this location really disappoints me today. They called me first saying my appointment at 6:45 would be 15 mins delayed and that I could come at 7. I called them around 7 to confirm if they were ready, they said that in 5 minutes they would be. I came in 8 minutes after the call, only 3 minutes later. Now for some reason, the stylist is not ready for me and is blowing out someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes on top of already waiting. I don’t understand why they would tell me they were ready if they weren’t. When I was waiting for a while and asked the lady why I’m still waiting she said I didn’t come in time. She asked to come in 5 minutes because THEY were late and I came in 8. Only 3 minutes which shouldn’t matter because I was already waiting a while for the appointment. The lady who blew me out was sweet but the front desk lady had the craziest attitude ever. I usually don’t make reviews like this but she was very rude. I got my hair done at 8:30 when my appointment was at 6:45 originally. Unexpectable and disappointed.
