BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a few polishes for myself as a mom who can never splurge on myself. The polishes looked NOTHING like the pictures. Tried different lighting and still look so different. It felt like such a scam. I emailed customer service and Instagram messaged multiple times and they’ve seen my messages and ignored. I will be sticking to other retailers from now on since these people don’t care about their quality or keeping a customer. Very sad and disappointed!

This is one of my favorite Nail store here in San Jose, but it’ll be changing, went in to grab a few polishes, while I was shopping the Asian lady with wavy/curly hair approached me and asked if I wanted a basket, I declined. She comes back with a basket and says “here I think it’s better because if you put it inside your purse, you might forget” Felt like she was following me around the store, once I’m done shopping I go to the register she suddenly comes and mentions to the young girl ringing me up a polish I had when she first approached me with the basket, so I told her i put it back. Felt targeted, and really uncomfortable if you’re going to be following and making lil comments to your customers

I’ve ordered 3 times from their website. The first two times I had no problems, the third time I received 4-5 nail polishes that were not the same quality as I have received prior from them. Their customer service is not the best, they decided they would refund me for 1 out of the polishes. They said the others were “consistent” with their others. They weren’t, I even sent in pictures where you could see how the polishes looked. They blamed the polishes being messed up on- “Streaking or an uneven finish can sometimes occur due to several factors like improper application, applying coats too thickly, not allowing sufficient drying time between coats, an uneven nail surface, or skipping the base coat.” Which I’ve never had any problems with any of the other colors. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company because if something happens with your order it’s clear they will not be responsible and do what’s right.

Have been doing my own gel nails for years. I love DTK nails and have placed numerous orders over the past 5 years. Everything is accurate and timely. One of my recent orders was missing a color because they were out of stock. I was bummed because I had ordered mainly for that color and did not want to pay for shipping again to order a similar color. They allowed me to pick a substitute color and shipped it for free. Can't recommend this company enough :)

I placed an online pick up order (in store) on Wednesday 06/18/25. I bought two Valentino acrylic powders (prettiest pink, butterlicious). I did not have a client until Friday morning, which is when I opened the powder (prettiest pink). And immediately noticed every bead I would pick up contained Lint And Particles like dirt. I was so embarrassed with my client sitting there every fingernail looked like the photos below. I called the store, and the lady who picked up, when I explained to her what was happening she tried to say it was an online I order in which I proceeded to make clear that yes in online order that I picked up from in store from their shelf’s. She just transferred me to some other lady who said I had to email them and wait two days for a response. I told her I had photos to provide. I don’t see why they couldn’t exchange it I would’ve taken it to show them. I felt like there was no solution given to me on their end given that it was a pick up order from their store.
