I had my haircut with Ashley at Eddie’s Edition Mid Wilshire. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match what I asked for. Before the appointment, I shared a written note and showed reference photos. I wanted to fix my bangs, lightly shape the front, and trim unhealthy ends while keeping my length. However, there seemed to be a communication gap, and the result was quite different. Layers were cut throughout my hair instead of just around the front, and the overall length ended up shorter than I requested. The final style also didn’t resemble the reference I provided. That said, Ashley was very kind, detail-oriented, and clearly put effort into her work. I truly believe she had good intentions and was trying her best, but the misunderstanding made the outcome disappointing. She offered a $10 discount, but I still paid the full amount including tip. I would just recommend making sure communication is very clear before your appointment, especially if you have something specific in mind.

I’ve been going to Ashley at Eddie’s Edition at Wilshire for haircut and really recommend her. In spite of her limited ability to speak English, she listens well to my instructions and understands what I need. She has good customer service and is detail oriented. The facility itself is clean and bright. Customers get shampooing both pre and post service. I intend to continue coming to Ashley for a long time.

wow found this spot on yelp because of the great reviews...easy to book, and the haircut was about 45mins with a shampoo...parking is a bit tricky in the back only downside...but very happy with my cut and KazuNori was my barber and he did an awesome job~!!!

Ashley did an amazing job with my haircut and color. The cut is clean, balanced, and easy to style. It was my first time coloring my hair, and it still feels healthy and shiny. I really appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!
