Had my first session (1-hr appointment at one of the workout stations) at Eden Fitness Studio this weekend. It was a great experience. Having to compete with others for workout stations at other gyms in the past, I really enjoyed having "my station" reserved straight for an hour at Eden's. I was able to use the whole fitness space with the station reserved only for me. Having privacy and convenience during a workout session is another level of comfort and joy. Very excited to go back with a fun workout routine

Eden Studio is such a beautiful, peaceful space! It’s always spotless and so well maintained — you can really tell that care goes into keeping it clean and welcoming. I love that it’s never too crowded, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Tammy, the owner, is absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about everyone who comes in. She makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and about creating a positive environment for her clients. If you’re looking for a clean, calm, and friendly studio where you can unwind and feel taken care of, I can’t recommend Eden Studio enough!

I no longer live in the area, but visit occasionally for 1-2 week time periods. I needed a place to work out that worked with this schedule and Eden has been perfect! Tammy, the owner, has created a beautiful and safe space for women to work out. She herself is incredibly welcoming and kind, and made it easy to get started. The Eden app is easy to use to purchase credits and schedule visits. The gym itself is equipped with everything you need for a great session. Eden has made it incredibly easy to stay consistent while traveling, and I can’t wait for my next trip!
