I highly recommend Leap Fitness! I’m a 50+ woman who was looking to add strength and mobility training to my exercise routine for longevity purposes. Within a few sessions I had improved the range of motion in my neck (chronically tight) back and hips. After doing some groundwork with stability we are starting to move on to more strength. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I had a few minor aches and pains in knees and foot, and while this is not physical therapy, they’ve been great about not exacerbating anything and those issues are starting clear up just by adding strength in the right places. I really can’t believe how much better my body feels in just 2 months. The studio is clean and relatively small which is a good thing because this adds to a relaxing atmosphere – it’s not jam-packed with people like other gyms. I cannot recommend Ronen, Amer and team at Leap Fitness enough!

I discovered Leap through a Google search and was immediately impressed by all the stellar reviews. The gym is right in my neighborhood, which makes it incredibly convenient. I’ve been working with Amer since November and have gotten noticeably stronger and leaner. The workouts are the perfect level of challenging, and Amer gives excellent feedback on form. I look forward to our sessions every week. I started weight training a few months ago and have seen far more results than with what I was doing before (Pilates, running, and tennis). Amer constantly switches up the workouts, so there’s a ton of variety and it never gets boring. I’d highly recommend Amer and Leap to anyone looking for effective, well-coached strength training in a supportive environment.

I have been working with Ronan and Amer at LeapFitness now for more than a month, I don't believe the transformation that happened in these few weeks! Going to LeapFitness twice a week very quickly became something I look forward to! I used to struggle to make it to the gym before.
