If you want to learn proper boxing fundamentals, Elliot at EPBOXING is the way to go. Most boxing gyms don't have too much attention to detail, but Elliot focuses entirely on the details—correct footwork, punch technique, and defense. My form has improved dramatically, and I feel much more confident in general and haven’t had this much energy since I started!

As someone with no boxing experience, I was looking for a coach who would teach the fundamentals step by step. I've tried a few boxing gyms that emphasized more of just getting a workout in, I was really happy to actually learn correct self defense and practical movements in boxing. Elliot breaks down punch technique and movement in a way that is easy to understand. It’s the perfect mix of a mental challenge and a killer physical workout but at the same time Elliot manages to make the session very enjoyable and fun.
