Epic sent out wrong accessory for handlebars. Now they are stating I need to purchase the wrong pieces. I have conversations with them over the phone, email, and text messaging. They talk in circles. They have the wrong information. They don't aim to be helpful in any way. They are intolerable.

Huge shoutout to Jay for his guidance! Extremely knowledgeable. I had no idea where to start purchasing my first road bike. He explained everything and made it super easy. Thank you Jay!

These guys are just absolutely great! I stopped by with my young daughter’s bike. Wasn’t sure if I had an air problem or if it was something more serious. They were kind enough to take a look at it and I was out within 5 min. They also provided some really good advice on how to adjust and use training wheels.

I purchased a Specialized Turbo Levo 4 from them online on the 19th of January 2026(Monday). Process was smooth, no complaints there. The website said the bike should be ready in 2-4 days, I had no contact again from them until I sent an email on the 27th of January. I was informed the bike would be shipping that day, no big deal. I received the bike, opened it up and threw it on the stand. Right off the bat the rear brake was dragging and the derailleur wasn’t properly adjusted, or even close. Upon purchase of the bike a non negotiable $149.99 epic pro assembly is charged, this is where my issue lies. I contacted customer support, informed them of the issue and initially was advised to take the bike to a shop and pay to have it accomplished again. Further in the conversation they tried to be helpful on some tuning tips after I sent them a video. As much as I do appreciate that, I shouldn’t have to wrench or pay to have the bike wrenched on when the pedals haven’t even been put on. I find it wild a company won’t foot the bill or refund my $149.99 to have the bike properly tuned when you spend $6264.98. I noticed the bike hadn’t been powered on and pedaled at all, because the mileage showed 0.0 when I turned it on.
