Don't normally write reviews, but felt it was necessary to commend the level of service that this company provides. Alfredo called me back promptly with an issue that I was having with my home equipment. He listened to my issue and was familiar to provide a quick explanation of the potential causes to our machine. His honesty and recommendation was where I was thoroughly impressed. Although there was an opportunity to utilize services, it was recommended to seek a new machine as the cost of repairs would have exceeded with the diagnosis, parts and repair. I highly recommend this business as trustworthy and will keep them on record for any and all future needs!

I bought a True treadmill from Fit Shop over a year ago and have been very happy with it. We recently moved ~60 miles from the Katy area and had some problems getting the treadmill up and running again. I called Fit Shop and they sent a technician to my new home.
