I think it's awful that they get angry when you ask for clean towels; one of the employees didn't look very friendly. I asked for a suggestion box or to speak to the manager, and they told me there wasn't one. I don't understand how a business can operate without a supervisor to help find solutions for customers.

Terrible service. They're very punctual when it comes to taking payments, but when it comes to resolving customer requests, they're incredibly rude. Their easiest solution is to simply cancel your membership. This happened to me with Ms. Lizbeth and another young man in the office. They canceled my membership, and she was very arrogant in her manner and how she treated customers.

Very efficient wash, drive through wash + do it yourself vacuum with drive up, always-on vacuum stalls. Good price, and you get a good clean with moderate effort (not full service and now completely do it yourself).
