I love going here for dance cardio! It’s the funnest way to get some cardio in without even noticing you’re working out. The class flies by. They have so many good instructors, like Allie, Rebekah, Christina, Diana and Carolina, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them!

The instructors are so fun, the community is so welcoming, and it’s been such a joy to come to everyday since they opened their studio earlier this year. I LOVE fitcidence and I don’t care who knows it!!! everything from the talented, experienced instructors, the fun and unique class variety, the well-designed studio, and of course the BURNNNN 🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💃🕺🪩 this is my favorite way to workout because it’s so fun and with such a solid playlist you don’t feel like you’re just “working out”, it’s more like a dance party with new friends i go to see 3x/week! i also love how diverse and multicultural the instructors and members are - it really is such an inclusive space! highly recommend the monthly pass so you get to try all the instructors, class styles, and times that work for you at the best deal in town too (pic of my dad and me below coming to one of their free community class days for reference) 😆

I love attending Fitcidence classes for my regular workouts! The instructors create a safe and friendly environment for women to participate in all types of dance fitness classes throughout the week. I particularly love attending Hype Cardio and Hype Strength classes, and there are plenty of themed classes with new themes every month. Highly recommend if you’re a gal looking for a fun, refreshing approach to fitness!

I had been wanting to try a dance based cardio class for months and I’m so happy I found the VXN classes at Fitcidence!! The classes are beginner friendly and the instructor Magda has the best energy! If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, I 10/10 recommend!
