I visit fort worth often and always seeking a gym with a solid sauna and clean showers, I decided to try out fitness connection since I was in the area, it's huge and has nice equipment, locker rooms were clean as well and has a nice sauna. I didn't get a membership since I don't live nearby and visited for a day pass which was $30, I thought it was kinda high but decided to try it out. It was a good experience but probably won't go back considering the day pass cost. Most commercial gym day passes are $20 like Planet Fitness or La Fitness. Planet fitness doesn't have sauna but La Fitness does.

Love this gym I’m always traveling and live in the Fort Worth Area and this was the only gym I had open 24 hours. The new hours are probably the last nail in the coffin. I didn’t care driving 25 minutes but now they limited me to short weekend hours and only 3 days at 24 hours. It’s a shame

I had a great experience working with Tiffany. She was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. ****Update 1 weeks in, I’m already having regrets. The main reason I joined Fitness Connection on Hulen was because they offered an active kids club. I made it very clear that I needed a place for my son while I worked out. Finding out that the kids club would be closing for renovations just a week after I joined is, at best, disappointing. Had I known, I would have either waited to sign up or chosen a different gym closer to home. Instead, I’m now stuck driving an extra 20 minutes just to try to get a workout in. Better communication upfront would have made a big difference in my decision. I’m now seriously considering canceling my membership. On top of that, I specifically asked that my guest not be contacted about membership, and I was assured they wouldn’t be. Yet the very next day, someone reached out to them anyway. That added to the frustration and made the whole experience feel misleading. At this point, it feels like the focus was more on pushing a membership than actually listening to what I clearly asked for. Overall, I’m very disappointed.
