*this is coming from a “not-so-typical-gym-goer* If you are looking for a well-rounded workout in 1hr, SPENGA is the best bang for your buck. The facility is so clean, the instructors are knowledgeable and engaging, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you want to get a good workout in, keep to yourself and do your thing, SPENGA fits. If you are looking to make friends and find familiar faces at classes, SPENGA also fits. I’ve been coming since they opened… I hate working out, but I LOVE my consistent routine at SPENGA. Highly recommend SPENGA!

Wow, what a great workout! Just finished my first class and can’t wait to go back. I did the “Booty & Back” class which was an all-body workout. The instructor was helpful and high-energy which made the class fly by. I exercise 6-7 days a week and this is a hardcore one-hour workout that I enjoyed very much.
