This review is for Jane at the fine pen desk. They are SO helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve ended up buying several pens from them and anytime there’s a problem I can always visit and they offer plenty of help troubleshooting. It’s so rare to find actual expertise these days and Jane is a standout!

This is truly my happy place!! Everything from fountain pens to painting products, they have all your art and crafts needs. Best part are the people that are not just helpful, but truly ensure your having the best experience. I had a bit of a shipping snafu (totally my fault) and the team there were extremely friendly when helping me figure it out. I absolutely appreciate this team!! 😁
