Shoutout to Joseph, bro really came through for me. I brought my 2023 Jetta in for an oil change and he handled it quick, clean, and without any of that extra shop nonsense. No upsell, no pressure — just straight honesty and solid work. He even helped me out in a way most places don’t do no more. That ain’t something you see every day, and trust I’m definitely returning the favor on my end when the time comes. Real recognizes real. Jetta running smooth, no leaks, no issues. I took my car in to get a front end alignment after hitting a big cement obstacle that fell from a truck. Mohamed diagnosed the problem was a bent front end arm. He showed me the malformation in person, gave me a reasonable price for the repair and had the problem resolved and car was returned to me the same day. All service lights were gone and the car drives like new again. No hassle experience with 5 star service rendered. It is now my service go to for car repairs. Great experience. Joe was very helpful and easy to talk to. They were honest and didn't upsell. My car ran over a mattress and my steering felt off ever since. Joe diagnosed my vehicle and saw the alignment was off. Also got my brakes changed. I will come here in the future again. Deff recommend!

This is the best customer service I ever got when going to a new tire shop. My Boss told me about this place so I had one flat but I needed to get all new tires cause they were all worn out. Anyhow the guy who helped me was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all he was trying to work with me. I didn’t get paid until the following week and I was able to signed up with there credit card which helped me a lot because i got a great deal and was able to get 4 new tires. It was worth it! I’ve always went to Walmart for my tires but no more the guy and the other workers were nice, they all spoke and said Hi which I think it’s great. They were not rude but the guy who helped me was so awesome. Thank you so much you gained a new customer for tires and all the above. I completely forgot his name he the one that’s tall with a ponytail. Thank you!
