1 Stars: Unreliable, Frustrating, and Poor Design - A Major Disappointment I had high hopes for the Flowtoys PodPoi V2, especially given the price point and what I'd heard about the brand. Unfortunately, the excitement ended there. Within just one month of light, careful use (spinning at home or on a soft park field), one of the lights started flickering and died. I used their warranty process, and a replacement was sent quickly enough. However, just 2-3 weeks later, the lights on the replacement pair are glitching again. The unreliability is incredibly frustrating. For a premium product, I expect a product that works, not one that requires constant warranty claims. The stress of them failing mid-flow at an event is a genuine concern. The issues aren't just the failing electronics. The overall design feels poorly executed. The ropes feel loose and tangle far too easily compared to a much cheaper pair I own. The navigation system is a headache. Double and triple clicks to switch modes are confusing and finicky in practice. The bulky capsule handles are uncomfortable and clunky. My sub-$100 beginner poi have lasted longer and been more reliable than these. The constant glitches, poor rope quality, confusing controls, and bulky handles make these a hard pass. I would not recommend them and am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

If all of your staff who can make a sale are at a festival, you should update your store hours so that potential customers don't waste their time going out of their way only to be turned away at the door by someone who doesn't know how to handle your POS system.

I just wanted to take a moment to say that I'm blown away at the level of customer service / support that flow toys provides to their customers and wider community. I messaged them last minute about a possible local pickup for a prop that was currently sold out. Not only did they find stock, they were able to make my custom changes (which typically takes a lead time of 1-2 weeks) within a day of the request. these guys are top notch.

Some of the best light juggling props in the world. Flowjams are happening every wednesday night starting at 19h and a free 1h class happens at 18h. They’re amazing!
