I have never posted any negative review but I thought I need to share my experience. I went for my annual eye check and Dr. Klufas's bedside manner was very uncomfortable that forced me to go to another Optometry. I will not recommend to my family and friends.

Love these guys! Friendly, professional, knowledgable, supportive. I live in Pacifica now but still drive back into SF because these guys are so good. Eric is amazing at helping you choose frames that actually suit you and Dr Watson is amazing at demystifying all the science stuff and being generally lovely.

Wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional(offered me water!) and made me feel like they were happy to have me. The Dr. Klufas took her time to explain things to me and made sure I understood my situation and options. Plus, it's the Castro District, so lots of little coffee shops so close!

Switched from a big chain and so glad I did. They have great staff and personalized service without being more expensive. The office is lovely and the front desk even offered me sparkling water

What an excellent experience I just had at this shop. My frames were damaged in the lens replacement lab. They weren’t happy with the frame repair so they let me choose a new frame from their extensive high end frames. They also gave me the repaired frame with the new prescription. I’m a very happy customer.
