Popped in one day to see why my trunk latch wasn't closing. Phil took a look at it and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes!! He was so friendly and thorough. He didnt try to gaslight me or invent a problem. Im very happy to meet a couple honest fellas. I tried to buy them breakfast lol@! I just relocated up here so I definitely found my new mechanics. I brought a used Subaru in for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) I was planning to buy for my new teen driver and had a great experience with Phil. He was thorough, honest, and took the time to walk me through what he found in plain terms including what was normal wear, what to plan for down the road, and what wasn’t a concern. No pressure, no scare tactics, just solid professional judgment. I left feeling confident in my decision, which is exactly what you want from a PPI (pre-pruchase inspection). Phil and Ben were a big help for me. My transmission went out, and they were able to quickly get me a quote, get the parts, get it fixed, and test it out on a quick turnaround. Phil was giving me insightful info too on my vehicle, other common failures with my model they see, and things to look out for. I hope to use Phil and the crew again for any other needs. That new transmission shifted as smooth as butter on the way home! They offered for me to swing back by after driving it for a while and they’d triple check everything still was looking good.
